Day 1: Kampala- Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park
After breakfast, we’ll set off for Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in the Southwestern Uganda. En route to the Park stopover at the Equator for water experiment and photographs; also stop over at Mpigi (Mpambire drum village) where you can be able to watch the ceremonial drums made out of local materials. Proceed and have lunch in Mbarara town and then proceed and reach Bwindi in the evening in time for dinner and overnight stay at Buhoma community Bandas (Budget) / Buhoma Haven Lodge (Midrange) / Mahogany Springs Lodge (Luxury)
Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi
Following breakfast, move to Buhoma the Park headquarters where we’ll be briefed by the tour guide and game ranger about Gorilla tracking after which, you will set out with your packed lunch and penetrate the Jungle forest to search for the rare Mountain Gorillas. The time taken to track gorillas is unpredictable . Dinner and overnight at Buhoma community Bandas (Budget) / Buhoma Haven Lodge (Midrange) / Mahogany Springs Lodge (Luxury)
Day 3: Explore Lake Bunyonyi
After breakfast, travel to Lake Bunyonyi. Go for a boat cruise on this second deepest lake in Africa.This boat cruise will take you to various islands found on this lake including a visit to Batwa community. Return to the lodge for a relaxing evening. dinner and overnight at Bunyonyi Overland resort (Budget) / Arcadia Cottage (Midrange) / Bird Nest at Lake Bunyonyi (Luxury)
Day 4: Return to Kampala
After breakfast, you will transfer back to Kampala with lunch en route in Mbarara town. Reach Kampala in the afternoon. Drop off will be at your Hotel.
